Origin

Spartak began his journey in the CRM universe by heading the IT department of Crystal. For a deeper understanding of the work of the team he was to lead, he completed additional training in the implementation of CRM systems and personally took an active part in the implementation of the first projects not only as a leader, but also as a specialist.

2018

Formation of the team

Under the leadership of Spartak, Alexey and Vladislav joined the CRM team. Since then, these three have been accumulating invaluable experience in implementations of varying complexity and implementing it in new incredible projects. And they are inseparable like real brothers, both in work and outside the office.

2019

Creation of RUBICON

After the decline of Crystal in June 2019, the team decided to stay together and create their own company, it was our Rubicon, which we successfully crossed together. That's how the name of the company was born. And Spartak's wife Victoria joined the company, taking the organization of events by her fragile wing..

2020

Pandemic

As soon as we caught the wave and achieved the first successes with RUBICON, the whole world was shaken by the COVID-19 pandemic. But we did not get confused, we understood how we could be useful and in the first 3 months we helped more than 2 dozen businesses to relocate online. So, we had a need for sales and our friend Victoria came to us.

2021

Continuous growth

Since mid-2021, the number of requests to our company has already exceeded the team's capacity to implement, so we expanded again. At the end of the year, our company already had 6 cool employees, the company's growth compared to 2020 was more than 150%, and the number of projects broke the line of 100.

2022

War and changes

On February 24, russia started a full-scale war against Ukraine. Cooperation with Bitrix24 became impossible, and the question of survival arose in the literal sense. However, we do not give up and have already become official partners of Zoho, Creatio, and Pipedrive. We are gradually resuming our work to further develop Ukrainian businesses.
