The Challenge

Being a competitive player in the dental services market, Anveli Dent needed tools that would help to unite all employees in one place, automate routine processes and provide management with a tool to control the work of employees.

The Solution

First of all, we chose the system that became the ideal solution for the implementation of all client requests. Then our specialists carried out the basic configuration of the portal, i.e. set up fields and funnels. Next, we developed and implemented a special process for automated filling of fields in the deal card when selecting a suitable client. After that, we developed and implemented another process to check the completion of mandatory fields for sending various types of SMS.
Next, we set up integration with the customer's sites and additional services such as Facebook Leads, Facebook Comments, using the Contact Center section.
After delivering the project to the customer, we recorded several training videos for portal users.

The Result

The customer received a product that allows him to control the company's activities in a single and convenient space. The management was able to quickly and accurately analyze the business processes and activities of the company, and employees received a convenient and automated tool for working with clients, planning and reminders.
