Bezpeka LTD is a well-known company, that' s why they have reached the moment when they need to completely digitize their work and create a single space for employees where they can work conveniently and efficiently. The managers had an acute issue of control and quality of communication with customers, which is why this company turned to us.

The solution

To achieve the most positive experience from the interaction with the portal for users, first of all, the appearance of the portal was configured: the colors were brought to the corporate style of the company, the main menu was configured and the tools that are not used in the company's processes were hidden. The next step was to configure CRM: structure, fields, entities. After that, our specialist proceeded to connect telephony, Viber, Telegram, Facebook channels and integration with the website.
