The Challenge

Cooperation with the Great Aligners team began with a basic request: to combine all the systems used by the clinic into a unified space where both doctors and managers can work. But as soon as we started to delve into the internal processes of the clinic, it became clear that the path of our future cooperation would be long, productive and thorny! In the process of finding a solution, another clinic Villa Luisa - was added to the Great Aligners project.

The Solution

After long negotiations and coordination of all wishes and possibilities, the Bitrix24 system was chosen as a comprehensive solution. Our specialists worked out the request in detail and started writing the technical task. In parallel, we continued to communicate with the customer and clarified everything necessary to make the technical task as suitable as possible. However, the approval period fell on February 24, when the life, principles and vision of all Ukrainians turned upside down, because russia started a full-scale war.
We took a short pause and in April we were ready to start all over again. The question of the system was now more acute than usual, and after a long search and testing, we chose the Creatio system, and proceeded to the settings, starting with basic and ending with complex integrations.
The most interesting in the project is the integration with MIS (medical information system). This is what helped the client to get the desired result.

The Result

As a result of effective work and established communication with the customer, users received a convenient system adapted to their activities and needs. A properly configured system optimizes the work and time of doctors and managers. Now doctors have the opportunity to prescribe treatment and manage patients in the most comfortable conditions.
