The Challenge

The company came to us with a request that we specialize in: creating a universal system that will help to close all issues in internal communication, both in the office and remotely. Also, the client had a question in creating processes of control and accounting of sales, service and management of the company's clients.

The Solution

The first step was to perform basic configuration of the portal, activate and configure the necessary portal modules and disable those that will not be used (to improve system performance). After that, we needed to perform system checks with built-in monitors and tests, and calibrate the indicators for stable performance and optimal system operation.
The next, no less important step was the work in the public part of the portal, namely: creating the appearance of the portal in accordance with the terms of reference and corporate style of the company, setting up directories, creating fields and entity cards and setting up their appearance for new automation.
Then our specialists moved on to the automation of the "Leads" funnel and the sales funnel. Automation was carried out in such a way as to qualitatively make integration with 1C.

The Result

As a result of our comprehensive implementation, all the tasks were solved. Employees of the company received a convenient and modern system with a large list of possibilities for controlling sales and other work processes. Each of the company's activities is brought into a separate direction, which allows you to differentiate the activities of different departments and track performance indicators and existing problems, both in the context of a specific direction and in general.
Automation simplifies the work of managers and allows them to deal more with their direct duties, frees them from routine, minimizes typical mistakes.
A system of notifications about the processing of regular customers has been set up. The system of distribution of the company's base is set up.
Thanks to a properly configured sales funnel, you can easily integrate with 1C.
