The Challenge

We faced the task to provide employees with a single unified system of interaction with customers, to implement reminders about various activities and affairs of employees and to build a simple, convenient and fast communication in the company.
Another important task was to integrate all customer communication channels used by the customer, automate the work of experts in various areas of the company's activities and provide the company's management with a tool to control and manage the company's activities.

The solution

To implement this project, we chose a CRM system that fully covered the client's request. After selecting the system, our specialists proceeded to the direct implementation, namely: created a portal, set up funnels of Leads and Deals, developed several business processes, the most interesting of which was for the HR department.
After the basic settings, our project managers moved on to integrations with the website, messengers, mail and telephone.

The result

The customer received a product that allows him to control the company's activities on one convenient and accessible web-interface resource. The management was able to quickly and accurately analyze business processes, company activities, reports received, managers received a convenient tool for working with clients, planning and reminders. The HR department received convenient functionality that allows not to waste time on filling in data in Excel. The marketing department received convenient end-to-end analytics functionality along with the necessary reports.
