The Challenge

Grade Plus came to us with a list of specific tasks. We needed to choose a system that could combine the work of different departments for more efficient processing of requests. The client wanted to establish a mechanism for interaction within the company, optimize both online and offline areas, as well as track analytics at different levels.

The solution

After personal meetings and negotiations, it was decided to choose the Bitrix24 system, as it covered all the company's needs. We started cooperation by writing a technical task, in which we described in detail each further step and agreed everything with the customer. During the implementation, the most interesting stage was the integration of the work of different departments of the company into a single and powerful mechanism, which began to function smoothly and effectively. We conducted integration with the website, messengers and telephony, which significantly optimized the time and work of managers. Personally for the client, it was significant that it became possible to track the analytics of employee productivity and assess the likelihood of successful closing of transactions.

The result

As a result of our comprehensive implementation, all the tasks were solved, namely, the efficiency of work increased, all communication channels were optimized, it became comfortable to work in a single space and track the results of work.
