The Challenge

We faced the task to provide employees with a unified system of interaction with customers, to set up reminders about various activities and affairs of employees.
We have to establish simple, convenient and fast communication in the company, to unite all channels of communication with customers used by the customer.
We also need to provide the company's management with a tool to control and manage the company's activities.

The solution

First of all, we set up the on-premise version of Bitrix24 on the client's server. Then, we carried out the basic configuration of the portal, that is, set up fields and funnels. Next, we developed and implemented a special business process for automated filling of fields in the transaction card when selecting a suitable client. Then, we conducted full testing of the automation of funnels and created business processes.
Next, we integrated with mail services and immediately tested their work.
We connected telephony, configured it specifically for customer requirements and tested it together with the customer.
Next, our specialists conducted integration with websites and additional services such as Facebook Leads.

The result

As a result, absolutely all the client's requests were implemented, and the company's employees received a universal product that not only relieved them of routine work, but also significantly increased the efficiency of interaction between employees and customers.
Cooperation with Hayat Estate continues to this day.
Thanks to the clear instructions of our project manager and administration of the CRM system, the number of Hayat Estate managers has increased significantly, and the efficiency of their work is constantly improving every day.
