The Challenge

After talking with the ITEA team, we identified several key requests to be solved. The company needed to automate its processes, and we knew exactly what and how we would implement.

The solution

The solution was the implementation of a complex product based on Bitrix24.
Having worked out the client's request in detail, we modeled and adapted all the client's business processes, and developed the concept of the project in the form of a technical task. After approval with the client, our technical team began work on the implementation. One of the most interesting things in this project was the development of a service that daily updated prices for goods in all countries where ITEA operates.
Having tested all the automation and integration, we handed over the project to the client. ITEA was satisfied and uses the functionality of its CRM system to the fullest!

The result

Thanks to the comprehensive implementation, all the tasks were solved. The company's employees received a convenient and modern system, with a large list of possibilities for controlling sales and other work processes, which had a positive impact on the productivity and quality of work. Automation of processes and optimization of resources will undoubtedly become a driving force in the development of ITEA.
