The Challenge

ALPHA DENT contacted us with a request that we have already successfully implemented. The client needed to create a single comfortable environment for employees, both in the office and in the "fields". Another priority task was to create a convenient tool for sales control, reports and meetings. Not the last task was to build a clear time management. So then we had to become a little implantologists... :)

The Solution

After meetings and discussions of the request, we learned that the client already has a Bitrix24 CRM system as a universal solution that will completely cover his request. Then our specialists developed a clear technical task, from which we started in the future. Since the Bitrix24 system was deployed on the client's server by the previous integrator, the next step was to work in the public part of the portal, namely: creating the appearance of the portal in the corporate style of the company, setting up directories, creating fields and entity cards and setting up their appearance for new automation.
Next, we automated the Lead funnel, created a new sales funnel "Implants", and automated it.
We also set up a process to periodically notify the manager that it is necessary to call the client and make a sale.
Our team updated the functionality in the old sales funnels - customer segmentation, setting new tasks.
After the completion of the project, we held an online webinar on how to use the Bitrix24 system, both in the office and "in the fields".

The Result

As a result of our implementation, ALPHA DENT employees have increased the productivity of their work, both in the office and in the "fields", thanks to the powerful and useful tools that we have set up for them. The management received the necessary reports that they could not get for a long time, and thanks to the online webinar, the employees understood the benefits of the Bitrix24 system and now use the system every day.
