Since the CRM-system was deployed on the client's server by the previous integrator, the first step in the implementation was to perform work in the public part of the portal, namely: creating the appearance of the portal in accordance with the terms of reference and corporate style of the company, setting up directories, creating fields and entity cards and setting up their appearance for new automation.
The 1C system was configured and integration with the CRM system was developed (real-time updates).
Further, our specialists moved on to setting up the functionality of debt control for each client. The most important thing in the implementation of the project was that the selected CRM system had the ability to prepare reports on debt for managers in the context of each client with whom they worked.
After the above settings, the project manager started writing 5 microservices (software) with different functionality for each module in Java and PHP programming language.
At the final stages, we conducted a full testing of the entire system and trained the company's employees.
As a result, employees received a system that clearly controls the debt of each client and always notifies about the need to receive payment from the client.
Thanks to the functionality of balance control, automatic calculation of the ordered goods, employees do not need to constantly enter the 1C system and write to the accountant to get the necessary information.
Thanks to the functionality, employees of the purchasing department no longer need to constantly recalculate how much goods need to be purchased - the program does all this for them, and also sends personal messages.
