The Challenge

- Updating of sales control processes;- Development of a clear process of debt control and timely notification of employees about the client's debt;- Creation of integration with 1C;- Writing software that counts the number of goods in all transactions on working statuses;- Writing software that shows balances and other parameters in the transaction card;- Writing software that creates orders through the deal card;- Writing software that notifies the purchasing department about the need to order goods.

The solution

Since the CRM-system was deployed on the client's server by the previous integrator, the first step in the implementation was to perform work in the public part of the portal, namely: creating the appearance of the portal in accordance with the terms of reference and corporate style of the company, setting up directories, creating fields and entity cards and setting up their appearance for new automation.
The 1C system was configured and integration with the CRM system was developed (real-time updates).
Further, our specialists moved on to setting up the functionality of debt control for each client. The most important thing in the implementation of the project was that the selected CRM system had the ability to prepare reports on debt for managers in the context of each client with whom they worked.
After the above settings, the project manager started writing 5 microservices (software) with different functionality for each module in Java and PHP programming language.
At the final stages, we conducted a full testing of the entire system and trained the company's employees.

The result

As a result, employees received a system that clearly controls the debt of each client and always notifies about the need to receive payment from the client.
Thanks to the functionality of balance control, automatic calculation of the ordered goods, employees do not need to constantly enter the 1C system and write to the accountant to get the necessary information.
Thanks to the functionality, employees of the purchasing department no longer need to constantly recalculate how much goods need to be purchased - the program does all this for them, and also sends personal messages.

Client's feedback

After implementation we asked inLight for feedback.

«Before working with RUBICON, we had a negative experience with other integrators. This, of course, made us a little biased towards new contractors, but I am glad that our cooperation is radically different, as if the same work, but a completely different approach, for which I am infinitely grateful.
It is very correct on the part of RUBICON to fix the little things in the course of work, and not to additionally invoice for it and so on. This position affects the client, he begins to trust you.
Vladislav communicates + Vladislav does = a great solution!

I can feel your support and concern for the client, and not "the client is there until payment, then he is just some dude", here you are also well done.

If I could turn back time, I would choose you again and again and again :)
Of course, sometimes I even think that if I had chosen you first, everything could have been different, but we have what we have.»
