The solution

The solution was the introduction of a complex product Bitrix24. We held a personal meeting with the CEO of PravdaTUT, where we identified the main stages that will be implemented through the CRM system. After the meeting and coordination of all the points, our project manager conducted an audit to start direct work on the project.
Our specialists set up directories, company structure and access rights, created fields and entity cards, and customized their appearance for the new automation. Then we moved on to the automation of the lead funnel, which should certainly simplify the work of the team.

The result

As a result, the company's employees received a convenient and modern system, with a large list of opportunities for communication, setting and monitoring tasks. Thanks to this functionality, employees can set tasks without leaving the office.
Thanks to the connected IP Telephony, employees can call from the Bitrix24 system.
