The Challenge

WebPromoExperts is constantly developing, so systematic and automated processes in the interaction between colleagues and students - must have! After several meetings with the WebPromoExperts team, it was decided to start setting up the CRM system.

The solution

Our technical specialists quickly found a solution in accordance with the client's request, it was the reconfiguration of the existing CRM system, as the current settings no longer met the scale and needs of WebPromoExperts.
We worked out the client's request in detail, modeled and optimized the company's business processes and developed the project concept in the form of a technical task. After approving the TOR with the client, the technical team under the leadership of Alexey Yanko started working on the necessary settings. The peculiarities of cooperation with the client were extremely powerful communication and the fact that the project manager "got used" to the role of a marketing agency employee.
